Hello I’m Simon, I run relaxed and informal Tai Chi classes for beginner and intermediate students.
We begin by learning a structured series of movements – the form (Chen style ‘Lao Jia’ old frame)
Tai Chi is suitable for most people and involves slow, flowing movements which have been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and mobility, increase leg strength, and reduce aches and pains in joints.
